All participants are responsible for their own expenses (travel\, housing accommodations etc.). \nII. During the Winners Concert\, participants waive all rights to television broadcasting remuneration. And no financial remuneration for their performance. And authorize the organization of the competition to use winner’s image for any publicity activity related to the competition. \nIII. The competition is not responsible for any damage or theft. \nIV. Children under 18 years old will be the responsibility of their parents or legal guardians.
